Glide down the biggest river in Hue and take in the peaceful serenity around you. The boats are beautifully decorated and ornately painted to resemble dragons in a range of colours. It is named the perfume river as you sail between so much greenery that there is a lovely natural fragrance in the air.  Interestingly, Hue is famous for its dragon boat races, which are held on the Perfume River every year. If you’re lucky enough to be in town during one of these races, make sure you check it out! It’s a great opportunity to see traditional Vietnamese culture in action.
