On day 3, we will start the morning with a trip to the famed Cu Chi Tunnels. This incredible network of underground tunnels was used during the Vietnam War, providing an important strategic advantage for Vietnamese soldiers. After exploring the tunnels and learning about their history, we will stop for lunch before heading onto our next destination in the Mekong Delta. In the afternoon, we will take a taxi to this beautiful region of Vietnam. In the evening, we will enjoy dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant, getting a taste of authentic local cuisine in one of the most vibrant areas of the country.

On day 4, we will start the morning by exploring the backwaters of the Mekong Delta by traditional sampan boat. As we float down these peaceful waters, we will see local life play out on both sides and learn about how communities in this region live their daily lives. After lunch at Le Longanier , we will hop on our bicycles and cycle through the lush green countryside, passing by rice paddies and local villages. In the evening, we will return to our resort to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars.

On day 5, we will start the morning by heading out to Cai Rang floating market at sunrise. As one of the largest floating markets in Vietnam, this bustling marketplace is a great way to experience local life and learn about the culture of the Mekong Delta. After exploring the market and sampling some fresh fruit, we will make our way to a local coconut and fruit farm, where we will learn about the production of these important crops. In the afternoon, we will take some time to relax before embarking on an exciting cooking class of Vietnamese dishes. Whether you are an experienced cook or just starting out, this is a great way to learn more about one of Vietnam’s most beloved cuisines. Snacks will be provided throughout the day, and if anyone is still hungry at the end of the evening, we can grab a bite at one of our favorite local restaurants.

On day 6, we will begin our journey by taking a flight to Phu Quoc island. Once we have checked in and settled into our hotel, take a moment to relax on the beach. In the early afternoon, we will head out on a sea kayaking adventure, paddling through the crystal clear waters of Half Moon Bay. After an exciting afternoon of exploring the coast, we will return to our hotel for a delicious seafood bbq dinner at one of the secluded islands off the coast. Finally, after a long day of adventure, we will return to our resort and take a hot shower before heading to bed.

On day 7, we will begin the morning by heading out on a small group snorkeling and speed boat tour in the southern part of the island. As we explore the beautiful coral reefs and gentle marine life beneath the waves, we will also have time to relax on pristine white beaches that dot the coastline. In the early afternoon, we will make our way to Rory’s, a local minigolf course with sweeping ocean views that is perfect for an afternoon of fun and relaxation. Once we have worked up an appetite, we can head to La Veranda restaurant for dinner, a charming open-air eatery with stunning views of the sea.

On our final day, we will begin by spending the morning either sunbathing on the beach or getting a relaxing massage. After lunch, we will hop on a flight to Dalat, a charming mountain city known for its fresh produce and delicious cuisine. Once we have checked into our hotel, we will head out in the afternoon for Datanla alpine coaster and waterfall, a thrilling ride down the side of a mountain with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. As we explore this beautiful area, we will also have time to visit Tuyen Tam lake around sunset, savoring the tranquil surroundings as we watch day turn into night. To end our day on a high note, we will treat ourselves to a delicious Italian dinner at one of Dalat’s many quaint restaurants, using fresh ingredients from the region.

On our final day, we will begin the morning with a breathtaking sunrise hike up Hill Da Phu, watching as the sun slowly rises over the mountains and lights up the valleys below. After enjoying this magical moment with a warm glass of hot chocolate in hand, we will return to our hotel for some much-needed rest and relaxation. In the afternoon, we will head out again to explore the impressive Elephant and Pongour waterfalls, marveling at their sheer power as we bask in their spray and enjoy a picnic lunch with our friends. As evening begins to fall, we will finish our final day in Dalat by heading to Chefs Dalat for dinner, sampling some of the city’s finest local cuisine and savoring every last bite. To end our adventure on a high note, we will head to a nearby wine bar for some well-deserved refreshments and conversation with friends.

On our last day, we will start the morning by visiting a local coffee farm, where we can learn about the process of making traditional weasel coffee and admire the stunning views of the surrounding hills. After enjoying a cup of this unique brew, we will take a bus to Nha Trang and check into our resort, ready for some much-needed rest and relaxation. In the afternoon, we will spend our time on the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying delicious drinks from the beach bars as we watch the waves roll in.

On our final day in Nha Trang, we will begin the morning by either snorkeling or scuba diving in the beautiful tropical waters of the nearby islands. After spending a few hours exploring this breathtaking underwater world, we will head back to land for a delicious lunch and offer some free time to explore Nha Trang. In the evening, we will treat ourselves to a sunset cruise, taking in the stunning views of the city and its surrounding coastline as we dine on delicious local delicacies and sip sparkling wine.

On our final day in Nha Trang, we will start the morning by exploring the fascinating Vinpearl wonders of Nha Trang, a giant complex made up of theme parks, themed hotels, and an oceanarium. After spending some time marveling at this unique site, we will head to one of the city’s hot springs and mudbaths to soothe our bodies from all the adventure and excitement. If, however, we prefer a more historical activity, we can instead head to the Po Nagar Cham temple ruins in the afternoon for an experience steeped in centuries of Vietnamese culture and history. Regardless of which activity we choose, we will end our day with a seafood buffet feast, indulging in the delicious local cuisine and savoring every last bite.

On our final day in Nha Trang, we will start the morning by relaxing at the beachside resort, basking in the warm sun and taking in the stunning views of the ocean. In the midday, we will catch a flight back to Ho Chi Minh City and check into a local hotel. After getting settled, we will explore the city and enjoy some delicious food in one of its trendy cafes. In the evening, we will have free time to get any last souvenirs for friends and family, browsing through the bustling streets of Ben Thanh market before heading back to our hotel.

As our adventure in Vietnam comes to an end, we will begin to prepare for our final day in Vietnam by arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. Once we have checked out of our hotel and said our goodbyes, we will head to the airport with plenty of time before our flight, looking back on the incredible experiences, sights, and foods that we have enjoyed over the past two weeks.
